Grégory Le Meur | Founder & Managing Partner
Grégory Le Meur is an executive search specialist focused on Partner and senior leadership recruitment within the consulting market.
Before founding LM Finders, Grégory spent 12 years with Aston Carter and Allegis Group, progressing from recruiter to Director of Operations & Business Development.
During that time, he helped build and scale specialist recruitment businesses across Europe, including a technology recruitment and services business in Paris grown from inception to 50 people and €35M in annual turnover.
Today, Grégory works closely with CEOs, Managing Partners, Practice Leaders and HR leaders on confidential senior hiring decisions, with a particular focus on Partner Search, team lift opportunities, practice build and market intelligence.
